This Privacy Policy applies to the 숏폼차단기 (ShortsBlocker) app for mobile devices (the "Application"), operated by 권용재 (the "Service Provider").
The core principle of this Application is simple: it does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Everything runs locally on your device.
The Application collects no personal information.
The Application uses the Android Accessibility Service to block short-form videos such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
What it does: detects which app/screen is in the foreground and, when a blocked screen (e.g., Shorts/Reels) is detected, automatically navigates back so the video is not shown.
What it does NOT do: it does not read, collect, store, or transmit on-screen text, passwords, messages, or search queries. Detected screen state is used only momentarily to block and is never retained.
It only works after you manually enable it in Settings, and you can turn it off anytime.
Only if you turn on the optional "Strict Block" feature, the Application uses Device Admin to make it harder to uninstall on impulse during a self-set lock period. It activates only when you enable it yourself, is automatically removed when you turn the feature off, and is never used to lock, wipe, or track your device.
In-app purchases are processed entirely through Google Play Billing. The Application does not receive or store your payment or card information.
